With your consent, Zmd Helpdesk uses Google OAuth to access the connected Gmail mailbox (scope https://mail.google.com/) and your email address. Access is used only to fetch incoming messages, convert them into helpdesk tickets, and send replies from that mailbox.
Messages and OAuth tokens are stored on the operator's self-hosted Zammad server. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or AI model training.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, contact o.dievri@gmail.com.
